The Tucson Urban League Case Management Program is a key component of the organization's strategy to provide a comprehensive array of services that will assist in the achievement of social economic equality.

The Case Management Program provides both short and long term case management services.

Additional services include crisis intervention and counseling for emergency situations such as evictions, utility shut-offs, etc, and provides training to help families achieve stability and self sufficiency.

A centralized intake and advocacy protocol allows case management to efficiently provide necassary referrals.

 

Case Management Provides:

Intake and assessment of individual needs

Financial Budget Counseling and Financial Literacy Training

Accepts applications for the following programs:

Utilities, rent, home repair, weatherization, utility deposits, telephone assistance, food boxes, state funded health insurance for children/adults, clothing vouchers, and referrals.

Home visits for homebound clients
